Congratulation!

  Our most sincere congratulations to the leading researcher of the Laboratory of Mathematical Modeling of Nonlinear Processes, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Yuri Maistrenko on the occasion of his 70th anniversary.

  He is one of the initiators and organizers of the foundation of our Laboratory in 2008 and is currently among the Top 100 most cited Ukrainian scientists according to the Hirsch index in Scopus and Google Scholar, and also ranks first among Ukrainian mathematicians according to these indicators.

    Yuri Maistrenko has published more than 100 scintific works in the leading scientific journals: Nature; Phys. Rev. Lett.; Phys. Rev. E; New Journal of Physics; Int. J. Bif. Chaos; Europhysics Letters; Chaos; Eur. Phys. J. ST; Scientific Reports etc. He is an organizer and participant of many international school and confereces.

     In 2023, he was awarded the Alexander von Humboldt Research Award for scientific achievements in the field of nonlinear dynamics and complex systems research, their mathematical modeling and applications, as well as for fundamental contributions to the research of complex networks and chimera states.
